Return & Refund Policy
Any return is eligible if it is claimed within 7 days of delivery via call/whatsapp on our official number +92 333 5455651 or message on our Facebook or Instagram page and it meets our criteria/conditions for return.

Conditions:

• The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
• The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
• The product stuff is not same as ordered.
• The product is in the original and undamaged state and not washed, shrunk, ironed, stitched or used in any way.

Procedure:

• Return procedure would be started as soon as the initial payment from the customer is received for the product.
• Refund process will be initiated as soon as the returned/damaged product is received.
• Courier charges to return the product is upon customer.
• The minimum time for processing return is 7 working days.
• To check the status of Return, call on our number or message on our Facebook page.

How to place an Order?
You can place your order from our website by visiting Order Now, or by an email at sales@chunri.com.pk, or by sending an sms at +92 333 5455651. You can also call us at +92 333 5455651 to place an order with us. You will be required to provide following information:

• Product/Item#
• Your Name
• Contact Number
• Shipping Address

Our sales representative will call you for order confirmation, once order is confirmed it will be processed for delivery.

Note: If we are unable to get the confirmation of order from you within 3 working days. Your order will be cancelled and you will be required to place new order.

To facilitate the payment for our valued customers you can choose from following payment methods:

Note: To protect our valued customers from online credit cards payment frauds, We don't accept online payments from credit cards right now.

How you will receive your purchased items?
Your product will be shipped to address provided by you during order placement, our delivery agent will collect cash on delivery of the item and will handover purchased items.

• Your order will be shipped to you within 3 working days for normal delivery
• In near future we will be starting express delivery service to fulfill your order in 24 hours.

Note: In case of EasyPaisa, UPaisa, MobiCash, TimePay & UBL Omni Transfer, Your order will only be shipped after the verification of the payment.
